ClrEOL procedure

  DECLARATION:  ClrEOL

      PURPOSE:  Clears from cursor position to the end of the line

         UNIT:  CRT

      REMARKS:  All characters from the current cursor position to the
                end of the current line are set to blanks using the current
                color attribute set with TextBackground.  The cursor position
                is left as it was.

                This procedure is Window Relative in that the end of line
                will not extend outside a current window.
